BIZ POL provides access to Government approved and registered notaries, accountants and translators necessary to provide a smooth and uncomplicated path through the vagaries of the Polish Business world
Once the company formation documents are in place, the next step is to register with the fiscal authorities for NIP (Polish VAT) and US (Polish Income Tax). The services of a bookkeeper / accountant are a pre-requisite are essential at this point.
BIZ POL can provide introductions to both Polish Banks as well as foreign banks with a Polish presence (ING / Kredyt / Citi-Group) etc, all of which can provide native language services.
We have contacts with the many financial service groups within Poland for the provision of insurance and credit facilities as well as an excellent relationship with the European Union (EU) representatives for the provision of grants and financial support mechanisms
Company Formations
Unlike the Electronic and Internet based company formation processes available in the UK and Europe, Poland is still emerging from its legacy structures and its legal processes can be very complicated and time consuming. Typical time for company formations is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
There are three types of Polish company styles:
- the basic branch / representative office,
- the Limited company (Sp. z.o.o)
- the Public company (Spolka Akcyjna).
The total process includes:
- naming rights – the approval of a company trading name(s),
- AKT Notaralny (Memorandum and Articles of Association),
- Opdis Aktualny (Certificate of Incorporation),
- Acquistion of REGON number (Company registration)
- Registration of NIP (Polish VAT)
Each of the above processes must be court approved and in all cases a strict order of acquisition is required so that the specific Ministry can issue their approval based of the provision of prior approved paperwork.
Also all documentation must be submitted in Polish language as well as the NATIVE language of the proposed operational company.
