Proposal Submission.
The initial proposal submission is THE vital part of applying for your grant(s). The success of your application will depend very much on how well the business case is put together. Detailed project descriptions, clear analysis of the local economic benefits of the scheme and a well-constructed business plan are key features of a successful proposal. The need to set up a working calendar to enable both client and consultant fulfill efficiently all the requirements needed for a complete proposal submission. You will need to understand the local and national governments ways of working, the rhetoric of the language used in a proposal, along with the scheduling and strategic planning of the project during the write-up of the proposal and finally, the actual drafting of the submission.
Managing the Grant Application(s).
Grants and other economic incentives generally mean public money that mandates tight financial auditing. Setting up and managing the administration of a funding project is critical to its success. Obligations deriving from the awards of monies can place a considerable burden on your company’s capacity. There is more often than not, a lack of familiarity in submitting the required financial declarations and status reports.
