Property Acquisition

As with any legal process here in Poland, renting , buying, leasing is a time consuming experience and on average a period of three to four months should be factored into any time plans. It is worth noting that at all signing meetings with notaries a company representative with power of attorney must be present and that the legal documents will be read and understood, line by line, in both Polish and native language.

Recruitment - Local Polish Workers

Foreign nationals wishing to work in Poland need to be registered and issued with a PESEL number (equivalent to a National Insurance number).

The PESEL number is key to a hassle free life here in Poland.

If a European Union resident we can assist in getting an EU resident passport for your employee. This takes approx four weeks.

They will also need to be registered for ZUS (National health scheme), and we can also advise on local private medical health schemes.

We can advise on recruitment of local employees and on receipt of job based criteria can manage initial recruitment activities and interviews up to but not including acceptance.

Recruitment - Overseas Workers

Due to the high demand for skilled craftsmen to bridge the "worker-shortfall" in Poland, BizPol has contracted with a number of overseas work agencies in order to supply qualified / certified workers in the following fields:

BizPol will work with the employer and the local voivodship to acquire the correct paperwork necessary to secure work-permits for the employees and will also offer a full 24hr welfare service to the incoming workers (in their own languages) to provide registration with fiscal authorities for NIP and US, housing and social amenities such as banking and assimilation into the local community
